We are ordained United Methodist clergy and lay people with many different church and non-profit work experiences, enabling us to understand your challenges and more importantly your opportunities.
We approach the coaching relationship as partners trained in appreciative practices and the art of asking questions so that you may discover what good looks like in the context of where you are serving. We help you name, understand, and own the strengths God has equipped you with, then use those strengths to reach the goals that you believe are right for the place where you are working and serving.
We currently have 59 coaches trained and certified through PIP, including bilingual coaching for Spanish-speaking individuals and congregations. Our coaches are equipped for pastoral, congregational, and church staff coaching through more than 83 contact learning hours and a supervised practicum. They continue to be supervised and have access to their own monthly coaching, as well as 2-3 yearly educational opportunities.
