Peg Aldridge is a disciple of Jesus Christ who focuses on developing innovative people, processes and cultures. She brings to her practice a deep appreciation of the connection between body, mind, and spirit. Her core values include: Living in the Light and Love Christ; Loving others as He loves us; Appreciation for others and the unique God-given gifts they bring to the world; and our values, faith and belief can transform our life and the life of the community in which we live. In addition to strong interpersonal and team development abilities, she serves as a high-level thinking partner for system-wide change and partnership. Peg earned her Masters Degree in Organizational Communication with an emphasis in Innovation Coaching and Coaching Certificate at Queens University of Charlotte and a BS in Consumer and Family Science from Purdue University.
Beth Hood is an Elder in the NC UMC Conference, the Senior Pastor of Wesley Memorial in Wilmington, and the co-founder of Passion in Partnership. She has served in a variety of pastoral appointments, including time as a District Superintendent. Beth has served as chair of the Board of Ordained Ministry. She loves all things Carolina blue, soaking in the beauty of creation, and getting to know people’s life stories.
June Jernigan is an Elder in the
Alabama-West Florida Conference and serves as Assistant to the Bishop and Director of Ministerial Services. She has served as District Superintendent of the Baypines District and as senior pastor at First UMC of Millbrook, Alabama, a 1,000 member congregation. She was at Gulf Breeze (Florida) UMC, a 4,000 member, two campus congregation with three worship sites for 13 years. She served as Executive Pastor overseeing a staff of 118 persons during her last 3 years there. She is an animal lover and has a cat named Tiger and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Piper.
Sherrie Schork is a Deacon in the UMC and has served over 20 years in the Kentucky and Western NC UMC conferences. She holds a master’s in theology from Perkins School of Theology and is trained in Christian education, strategic planning, conflict resolution, and Christian coaching. She now serves in the WNCC through Barnabas Ministries, helping pastors and congregations grow in vitality and discipleship. She lives with her husband Alan high up in the Plott Balsam Mountains.
