We are ordained United Methodist clergy and lay people with many different church and non-profit work experiences, enabling us to understand your challenges and, more importantly, your opportunities.

We approach the coaching relationship as partners trained in appreciative practices and in the art of asking questions so that you may discover and articulate what excellence looks like in your service context.

We help you name, understand, and own the strengths with which God has equipped you.

Our coaches help you use those strengths to reach the goals that you believe are right for the place you serve and for the people with whom you work.

We currently have 59 coaches trained and certified through Passion in Partnership. We have coaches fluent in both English and Spanish.

Our coaches are equipped for pastoral, congregational, and church staff coaching.

Coach certification involves scores of intensive contact learning hours, mastery of a rich curriculum of coaching, personal and professional assessment interpretation, and adult development theory, alongside their personal experience of effective and fruitful ministry and service.

Each active coach has a direct active supervisor, participates in continuing education and has access to their own coaching experience each month.
